She is not a great recruiter, so her teams tend to drop off after 4 or 5 years. As a result, many positions are not filled with quality players. Overly defensive minded to a fault. Not a good coach for mid-fielders and forwards. Many key players don't like her communication style, and they lose the love of the game under her teams. She is a good defensive coach.
